DiploFest 2025 Rescheduled
Due to unforeseen circumstances, DiploFest 2025 has been postponed to May 10-11, 2025.
The General Assembly of Türkiye’s ruling party will host high-level international delegations, leading many embassies to adjust their February 22-23 schedules.
As a result, attendance fell below an acceptable level, making rescheduling necessary.

That’s why we’ve come up with DiploFest.
An orientation program
presented only in English
by internationally acclaimed speakers.

Two days of orientation, fun, networking and socializing.
Every year, approximately 400 diplomats relocate to Türkiye from abroad and face challenges in adapting to Turkish culture, accessing public services, and establishing their daily routines. To address this situation, a free orientation program is planned for diplomats settling in Türkiye.
The program aims to facilitate cultural and social integration, provide solutions to everyday challenges, and create an effective communication network. With contributions from internationally renowned panelists, the program will foster a productive and enjoyable environment, strengthen diplomatic ties, and promote Türkiye and Turkish companies.
Currently, the Ministry of Foreign Affairs does not have an orientation program for diplomats arriving from abroad, and there has never been a comprehensive program bringing together as many as 200 diplomats serving in Ankara.

This program is intended only for Diplomats and their families in Türkiye. Seats are limited, please register until February 15th to assure a smooth running program. Lunch will be served both days.
